Super heavy casters generally adopt two-layer bearing steel ball stadium, stamping, and heat treatment process. For the rotating plate of super heavy universal casters, generally use flat ball bearings or flat cylindrical roller bearings with higher bearing capacity, and the supporting tapered bearing effectively improves the load capacity of super heavy casters. For the special impact-resistant super-heavy swivel caster, the rotating plate is made of free forging steel and combed into shape, which effectively avoids the welding of the connecting plate anchor bolts, and the higher compressive strength improves the impact resistance of the caster.

Features of super-heavy casters: Baoxiong reinforced dragon casters, Baoxiong super-heavy rubber casters, Hei Niu transparent polyurethane (PU), and super-heavy polyurethane casters are formed by 12-20mm carbon steel plate stamping dies, which can be used to move 500-10000KG objects over short distances. The reinforced casters have a large load-bearing capacity and are durable. Super-heavy casters use plane bearings, needle bearings and rolling bearings. The side frame uses two different treatment methods that can be used according to the application standards. (Electrostatic spraying treatment and hot-dip galvanizing). Casters of different materials (polyester, polyurethane, cast iron, rubber) can be used according to different environments.

1. The bearing steel ball running position of the super heavy caster frame and the rolling bearing running position of the wheel should be lubricated regularly.

2. Regularly remove the tangled wire or knots wrapped around the bearing steel ball running position of the caster frame and the rolling bearing running position of the wheel.

3. Most caster frames are made of metal. Anti-rust is very important for the service life of casters. To prevent the caster frame from rusting, you can apply anti-rust paint and anti-rust oil regularly.
